Lisa’s story

Lisa joined The Next Step in 2007, but is by no means our longest-standing team member. She has undertaken a wide range of roles within the business, working her way up to the position of Director (VIC).

During her time with The Next Step Lisa has helped shape and build hundreds of HR careers and made countless friendships along the way.

Jolene’s story

Jolene first joined us as a Team Coordinator, but her warmth, growing knowledge of the HR profession and meticulous attention to detail quickly had her taking on more responsibilities.

After undertaking training and mentoring to learn the ‘recruitment ropes’, Jolene was promoted to Associate Consultant in 2023 and clearly has a bright future ahead of her.
