About the Role
Our client has a need for an additional resource to come in and provide additional support across the Talent Management and Learning and Development portfolios. The contract will focus more on talent management and will see you help with talent strategies to develop talent for the region.
In this contract you will be working closely with the HR Leaders, Talent Managers across the region as well as the Head of TA and also Head of L&D.

We are looking for someone who has been exposed to best in class talent management strategies and knows what good looks like.

- A strong talent management/organisational development background.
- Track record in program management
- Demonstrated capability in using data-driven insights to influence and inform action.
- Excellent communication skills, be flexible and pragmatic.
