About the Role:
The Talent Acquisition Business Partner plays a key role in finding and engaging great talent across a wide range of roles including construction, sales, operations, technical, and corporate areas. Reporting to the Group Talent and Organisational Development Manager and working as part of the People, Safety and Culture team, you'll focus on building strong talent pipelines, particularly for hard-to-fill and business-critical roles. It’s a proactive position that helps ensure the right people are in place to support the company’s ongoing growth and success.

  • Own the recruitment process from job brief to contract, delivering a smooth end-to-end hiring experience
  • Build strong talent pipelines by sourcing proactively, networking, and staying connected with top candidates
  • Drive smart hiring outcomes by improving quality, speed, diversity, and reducing reliance on agencies
About you:

  • Experienced in end-to-end recruitment with a strong network in construction and niche industries, skilled in building talent pools and sourcing strategies.
  • Expert in strategic sourcing, using market insights to influence stakeholders and attract top talent.
  • Strong stakeholder management, quick to build rapport, adaptable, and focused on adding value for both candidates and teams.
