Your Role
Lead the development and continuous improvement of learning tools and programs, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to drive engagement and add value.
Key focuses:
- Lead the development and maintenance of a variety of learning programs, aligned with strategic goals and capability frameworks;
- Build and maintain partnerships with external experts to develop commercially viable and best practice learning content;
- Conduct thorough reviews of learning content to ensure alignment with industry standards and contemporary practices;
- Utilise data and feedback to inform continuous improvement initiatives and deliver forward thinking learning tools.
An experienced HR professional, your demonstrated success in delivering impactful learning programs, coupled with your motivation to make a difference will ensure your success.
Additionally, you will demonstrate:
- Expert skills in learning and development, highly capable in developing and implementing capability uplift initiatives, knowledge of employee and industrial relations will be highly regarded;
- The ability to flex between supporting strategic direction and rolling your sleeves up to be hands-on, depending on business needs;
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and bring cross-functional peers and teams together to co create solutions;
- Highly organised and skilled in managing multiple priorities to deliver quality outcomes.
