About the Role

Reporting directly into the CEO, this role requires a strategic and hands-on HR leader who can navigate a fast-paced, evolving environment. The new Head of People and Culture will be key member of the Executive Team and act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to this team, providing expert guidance and support on all people related matters.

You will play a critical role in shaping the company's workforce strategy, driving culture and engagement initiatives, managing employment relations, and overseeing remuneration and performance management.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to build upon
strong foundations and contribute to a thriving, values-driven organisation.

The preferred work model is four days per week, primarily in the office, with the possibility of a flexible arrangement (five shorter days).

About You

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in a Human Resources and/or Industrial Relations or related field.
  • Proven ability to operate both strategically and operationally with expertise across People & Culture.
  • Strong business and commercial acumen and ability to help Executive Team shape strategic company initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with diverse stakeholders, managing multiple priorities and delivering results in a complex environment.
  • Ability to lead, coach and develop employees
