An exciting opportunity has emerged for an experienced Organisational Development Manager to lead a significant cultural transformation programme on a 12-month contract with a leading global organisation based in Sydney.
As the organisation prepares to launch an innovative brand campaign in May 2025, they are evolving towards a more customer-centric operating model. This transformation requires a skilled OD professional who can drive meaningful cultural change while working alongside their senior leadership team and collaborating closely with their brand and marketing functions.
In this contract you will:
- Design and implement a comprehensive cultural transformation strategy aligned with their customer-centric brand positioning
- Partner with senior executives to drive behavioural change and embed new ways of working across the organisation
- Collaborate with brand and marketing teams to ensure internal culture authentically reflects their external brand promise
Ideally you will have:
- Proven experience leading cultural transformation programmes within complex, global organisations
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate business strategy into meaningful people initiatives
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with demonstrated ability to influence at executive level
- Experience collaborating with brand and marketing functions to align internal culture with external positioning
- Track record of designing and implementing innovative OD solutions that drive measurable results
- Previous experience working within Tech or Fin Services or similar corporate environment would be advantageous
