Your Role
As Organisational Development (OD) Manager you will lead the strategic planning and execution of initiatives that will enhance organisational performance, leadership capability and culture.
  
Key focuses:

  • Build trusted partnerships with leaders at all levels, proactively identifying opportunities, co creating solutions and ensuring initiatives are integrated with business strategies;
  • Lead the implementation and integration of the capability framework, continuously collaborating with leaders to ensure its evolution;
  • Design and deliver leadership and learning and development programs to build capability at all levels, driving excellence;
  • Facilitate mentoring and succession planning to prepare high potential employees for future career opportunities and create a sustainable workforce;
  • Continuously review, evaluate and identify L&OD activities based on analysis of key trends, feedback and data.

You are agile, tenacious and thrive in an environment where you can take ownership and make a difference. Your proven OD experience will demonstrate your ability to deliver creative, compelling and business focused solutions.
  
Additionally, you will have:  
  • Demonstrated success in design and delivery of strategic OD solutions within a dynamic organisation, in particular leadership development, talent management and cultural transformation;
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills that allow you to engage and influence  at all levels;
  • A passion for utilising data and metrics to inform decisions and influence;
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to articulate how OD and the broader People function add value;
  • Enjoyment in working autonomously, taking ownership and effectively managing multiple deliverables whilst collaborating with a team.
