The Role
Working closely with the Site Manager, Head of Human Resources (HR) and the broader HR Team, you will provide expert HR advice and support to enable operational effectiveness.

  • Build strong working relationships based on credibility and open communication to enable the provision of commercial, proactive and pragmatic advice to stakeholders;
  • Support the Site Manager and Head of HR in the development, implementation and evolution of the Site HR strategy;
  • Provide comprehensive industrial and employee relations support and advice, coaching and partnering with leaders to arrive at optimum outcomes, including participation in enterprise bargaining activities;
  • Coach and motivate others, co creating people solutions in response to Site challenges, building ownership and engagement at all levels.
About You
A well-rounded HR Generalist, you are spirited and outcomes focused with solid experience working across industrialised environments. Your passion for enabling others and building trusted business relationships will be key to your success in this role.  

Additionally, you will bring:
  • Demonstrated success in HR Business Partnering/ HR Generalist positions within industrialised environments;
  • Expert knowledge in employee and industrial relations, including involvement in enterprise bargaining activities;
  • A results driven and solutions focused approach, complimented by a commercial lens;
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with a strong service focus, able to engage and influence at all levels;
  • The ability to flex between supporting strategic direction and rolling your sleeves up to be hands-on, depending on business needs.
