Your Role
As Human Resources (HR) Business Partner you will partner with and support your own portfolio, building trusted relationships with stakeholders to enable organisational success.
  
Key focuses:

  • Build trusted working relationships to enable the provision of commercial, proactive and pragmatic advice to stakeholders;
  • Partner with the GMs and leaders in the development and implementation of operational activities, driving engagement and operational excellence;
  • Provide comprehensive industrial and employee relations support and advice, coaching and partnering with leaders to arrive at optimum outcomes, including participation in enterprise bargaining activities;
  • Lead and contribute to the successful design and delivery of value-add HR projects, collaborating with the HR Team and organisation.
About You
A motivated and commercially minded HR professional, you are a true partner to your stakeholders and thrive in an environment where you can drive impactful change.   
  • Demonstrated success in HR partnering across complex, industrialised organisations;  
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with a strong service focus, able to engage and influence at all levels;
  • Expert knowledge in employee and industrial relations, including involvement in enterprise bargaining activities;
  • The ability to flex between supporting strategic direction and rolling your sleeves up to be hands-on, depending on business needs.
  • You enjoy working autonomously, effectively managing your own time and driving success across your portfolio, whilst also contributing and collaborating within a team.
