About the Role:
This newly created HR Business Partner role will support 300 employees across Australia. This role supports HR operations by conducting inductions, advising on EBAs, and providing first-level HR guidance. You will also assist in implementing a new HR system (Dayforce), help draft policies and procedures, and coordinate relocation efforts with immigration agents. This role will be great for a quick learner who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Key responsibilities include:
- Organize and facilitate new employee orientation to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Advise staff and management on interpreting Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs) and ensure compliance.
- Provide first-level support and guidance on various HR-related queries from employees and managers.
- Assist in the roll-out and training for the new HR Information System, Dayforce.
- Contribute to the drafting and implementation of workplace policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with immigration agents to manage employee relocations and visa processes.
About you:
