Your Role
As Human Resources (HR) Business Partner you will take ownership for your own portfolio, partnering with leaders and the HR Team to provide strategic and tactical advice, enabling organisational success.

Key focuses:

  • Build strong working relationships based on credibility, to enable the provision of pragmatic, commercial and timely advice to stakeholders;
  • Partner with the GM and leaders in the development, implementation and evolution of organisational strategy and operational activities, driving engagement and operational excellence;
  • Provide comprehensive employee and industrial relations support and advice, coaching and partnering with leaders to deliver desirable outcomes for all parties;
  • Be a key contributor to the successful delivery of HR initiatives, ensuring alignment to organisational and people goals;
  • Contribute to EA negotiations with the support of an IR Specialist.
About You
A true partner to your stakeholders, your ability to build trust and influence, aligning people and organisational goals, will be key to success in this role.

Additionally, you will bring:
  • Demonstrated success in HR Business Partnering positions within an industrialised environment;
  • The ability to flex between supporting strategic direction and rolling your sleeves up to be hands-on, depending on organisational needs;
  • Expert knowledge in employee and industrial relations, including involvement in enterprise bargaining;
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and influencing skills, with a strong service focus;
  • Drive for results and solutions-focused with a strong commercial lens;
  • Enjoyment in working autonomously, taking ownership for your portfolio and effectively managing your time whilst collaborating with a team.
