  • Macquarie Park location, with some travel
  • $140,000 to $150,000 base + super (commensurate with experience)

A well-established and highly regarded FMCG/manufacturing organisation is seeking an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to support its workforce initiatives. This is a key role in driving HR transformation, employee engagement, and leadership development in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

About the Role
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation’s people strategy. Working closely with senior leaders, you will drive workforce planning, talent management, and cultural initiatives that align with business objectives. This is an opportunity to lead HR projects that enhance leadership capability, engagement, and organisational effectiveness.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and performance management strategies.
  • Champion initiatives that promote a high-performance culture and drive employee engagement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, supporting change management and HR strategy execution.
  • Provide expert guidance on ER/IR matters, ensuring compliance and effective dispute resolution.

About You
Tertiary qualified, the ideal candidate will have experience in FMCG, manufacturing or a related blue-collar industry. They will have proven ability to influence and coach senior leaders in a fast-paced high performing environment. Deep technical HR knowledge including employment law and modern awards is essential, and EA bargaining desired.
