About the role
This is 6-month fixed-term-contract.

As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role as the first point of contact for all HR enquires across Australia and New Zealand. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of contracts, variation letters and other documentation
  • Support leaders with low to mid-level Employee Relations matters including performance management, absenteeism and disciplinary actions.
  • Manage the employee lifecycle
  • Maintain and update HR records within their HRIS and Payroll Systems.

About you

You are an experienced HR Advisor, with strong Employment Relations skills. You are highly organised, and skilled at managing high volumes of HR queries, as well as juggling competing priorities. Your expertise includes working in organisations with a shared service structure, preferably within financial services or professional services. You have a keen eye for detail, and excel at building relationships, stakeholder management and are an effective communicator. Additionally, you have a thorough understanding of Australian employment legislation and are comfortable interpreting Awards and HR polices.
