About the Role

An opportunity exists for an experienced HR Administrator to join their wider HR team to diligently support the team and business across the full spectrum of HR, covering, but not limited to:

  • Supporting the HR and TA teams with administrative tasks across full employee lifecycle eg, onboarding/offboarding, contracts, letters, scheduling, HR cyclical activities
  • The administration and coordination of Training - management of compliance training records, events, training records, maintaining the learning system
  • Management of HR queries, triaging HR inbox 
  • Assisting with reward and recognition programs
  • Driving continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures
About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess experience in a HR Administrator/Coordinator role, ideally in a mixed or blue-collar industry,j with an understanding of compliance with regards to legislation and HR practices and policies with demonstrated ability to prepare correct HR related correspondence, reports, document management, employment offers etc. 

You will be highly organised, possesses strong verbal and written communication skills, with superior attention to detail. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to interact positively with an array of stakeholders with the confidentiality and professional confidence.
