Reporting to the Group Executive of People & Culture and leading a large, diverse team, you will apply your strong commercial lens and balance cost considerations with a people-first approach, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. Key areas of responsibility include reward and recognition, strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, payroll and HR systems, property strategy and facilities management, and the effective delivery of people services.
Tertiary qualified, and a high-calibre people leader you will have experience across reward management, HR systems and operations. Strong financial acumen, experience managing significant budgets, and the ability to engage with and present to executive leadership and boards are essential. A background in progressive HR environments, with exposure to government or regulatory frameworks, would be advantageous, as would previous experience in managing broader property operations. You will be comfortable working in a complex, agile and highly collaborative environment to deliver a compelling purpose and vision that motivates people into action.
