This highly successful organisation requires an ER Lead to support the team by interpreting changes to legislations and producing materials to support the business and it's client. 

About the Role
The role demands a high level of technical knowledge to interpret complex legal changes and independently manage projects aimed at improving services and technology. As the ER Lead, your key accountabilities include:

  • Staying updated on ER and IR trends, making recommendations and assessing the impact of these changes to the business. 
  • Apply problem-solving and negotiation skills to develop effective solutions and create technical content to support the business's ER services. 
  • Develop resources for various audiences and measure the values and impact of work
  • Respond to queries, provide feedback, and contribute to team development.
  • Assist in forward planning and maintain ER content for stakeholders. 
About You
Degree qualitied, you bring a solid technical understanding across all areas of Employee Relations and Fair Work. You are proactive, result-driven and embrace challenges with a growth mindset. You will work alongside capable and supportive team members, who are non-bureaucratic, fast-paced and bring a sense of fun to the workplace. 

Salary is paying up to $135,000 base + super, commensurate with leadership experience. 

Please note this role is based onsite 5 days a week.
