Stephanie is a Team Coordinator based in the NSW office. Her role at The Next Step centers on providing support to her team of consultants, helping drive successful outcomes for both clients and candidates. 

 

Having worked in customer service-based roles over the past 10+ years, Stephanie has developed adaptability in balancing customer/client care as a priority, while remaining compassionate and calm under pressure. She is highly detail orientated, ensuring all communication is precise and key information is never missed. Stephanie always welcomes a challenge, bringing a positive and solutions-based attitude. 

 

Outside the office, Stephanie enjoys hiking, swimming, indulging in a good book, and hosting sushi nights at home.
