With 15 years HR talent acquisition experience in the Sydney market and a background in HR gained from Westpac, I have developed strong and wide networks across the HR market and enjoy the fact that many of these relationships have been long standing ones.  

 

I am passionate about the HR function and strongly believe in the value that managing HR talent can add to a business if performed well. I am also passionate about the talent acquisition function and pride myself on my transparent, authentic approach and my ability to ask the right questions, listen and assess responses to gain a deep understanding of both clients' and candidates' needs to ensure the best outcome for both parties.

 

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and love the outdoors, dining out and travel. To keep fit and wind down, I go the gym, take long walks on the beach and I rarely say no to a glass of wine.
