Partnering with our executive candidates, she is focused on identifying and assessing their skills and ambitions and matching that with the portfolio of positions being managed by our experienced Consultants across the business.

With 15 years search and selection experience, Katie has an established background in HR recruitment combined with research and talent management experience. Foundational to her approach is a transparent and solutions oriented attitude with a high customer orientation. She is always looking to find the best outcome and experience for her customers.
